A number of classes in the school are taking part in the ‘Incredible Edibles’ programme this year.
The aim of the project is to educate students about growing fruit and vegetables and to increase their knowledge of food origin and quality.
Have a look at Ms McGowan’s 3rd class as they planted their seeds with Ms O’Cheallacháin. They planted strawberries, potatoes, lettuce, spinach, chives, carrots and turnips.
