Well done to the 7 girls who represented our school yesterday at a 5 a side tournament, held in Hartstown/Huntstown FC. The girls’ attitude was brilliant and really went after every game they played. They even had a very convincing 3-1 victory over a very strong side. In particular, Kalina was brave and composed in goals, making some great saves; Safirat was a stronghold in defence making some impressive tackles and Bella's work rate and willingness to get on the ball was outstanding, she even got 3 goals at the tournament. Overall, the girls behaviour was excellent and we were so proud of how well they played. Well done girls!
