The Senior School Choir is an integral part of our school community. Every year close to 60 pupils take part in singing each week. Over the past ten years the choir has performed regularly at school events such as assemblies, concerts, graduations, confirmation and Christmas Carol ceremonies. They have performed for distinguished guests such as our President, Michael D Higgins, former Taoiseach Enda Kenny, former Tanáiste Joan Burton and also current Minister for Education, Joe Mc Hugh.
They have performed in venues such as Draíocht and the RDS. Community spirit is an important part of the ethos of the choir and they also regularly perform at Christmas for patients in our local St. Francis Hospice. The choir repertoire includes many diverse genres from popular, gospel, musical theatre & Irish folk songs. The choir is open to all Senior School pupils every year.
